Super convenient location with a railway station around the corner and great places to eat nearby. The room was perfect for a family stay with lovely interiors and a great shower/bathroom. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff were extremely helpful. , the option to store our luggage after check-out was a bonus. The friendly atmosphere and proximity to public transportation and local amenities made our stay a delight.

Major renovations at the reception were taking place during our arrival and throughout our whole stay. We should have been made aware of this during the booking. Also we had no hot water for a large part of one day.

The location just out of the train station was incredibly convenient for my travels, allowing for easy transportation to the airport in busy morning traffic and to various areas of this city. Additionally, the hotel facilities include a small refrigerator and mini bar, and the breakfast offered a great selection including delicious croissants and fresh fruit. The staff were also kind and helpful, providing me with a clean towel every day during my stay.

We checked in at around 3pm and when we got to our room it was still being cleaned and we had to wait for ten minutes. Not a biggie for us, but I can see how it could be for other people.

This hotel is conveniently located in the north west of Frankfurt where morning traffic can be hectic. It's just a short distance from the airport and also the train station and city center, making it easy to get around. In addition, there's a great Indian restaurant close by to satisfy your cravings. The room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. Great value for money, with helpful and friendly staff.

The location is next to the S-bahn railway station with good connection to Frankfurt Messe and city.

This hotel is now a no go zone. We did stay in this hotel before and it is an old place but the service used to be ok. The ownership must have changed. They gave me a single room ( room 301) that is so small you cannot even turn around in it. The window in the room was 50cm by 50cm and the fire exit for the whole floor was in my room ! The tv was not working and even after asking two times, no solution. My colleague did book a double room and they gave him a very small single room with a folding bed for two adults ! Guests were complaining at the reception but the employees had only one reply : "Manager is not here". The first morning, the breakfast area was dirty and nobody around to clean the tables. This hotel takes advantage of charging very high prices during shows at Frankfurt Messe and giving no service at all because they know all rooms in the neighborhood are full anyway. Never been in a worse hotel in Germany before.
